AITuber is operated by Aadhini Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("AITuber," "we," "our," or "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. AITuber is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered video creation platform.

By using AITuber, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Email address and account credentials
• Name and profile information
• Payment and billing information (processed securely through our payment provider)
• Organization details (if applicable)

1.2 Content and Usage Data

When you use our service, we collect:

• Scripts, text, and other content you submit for video generation
• Generated videos and associated metadata
• Voice selection preferences and customization settings
• Audio samples you upload to create a cloned voice (passed to our voice provider, not stored by us. See section 3.1)
• Photographs and reference media you upload to create an avatar or an element
• Usage statistics (videos created, credits consumed, feature usage)

1.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical data, including:

• IP address and device identifiers
• Browser type, operating system, and device information
• Log data (access times, pages viewed, errors encountered)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our video generation services
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription
• Generate AI-powered videos based on your content
• Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends and user preferences
• Review generated content to improve service quality and ensure platform reliability
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. AI and Machine Learning

AITuber uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate videos. Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others) to deliver our services. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3.1 Voice Samples and Likeness Data

Voice cloning and avatars work from media you upload: an audio sample for a cloned voice, a photograph for an avatar. Some laws treat this as biometric or sensitive personal data, so we handle it separately from your other content and describe it in full here.

Voice samples. AITuber does not store your voice sample. The audio you upload is passed to our voice provider, ElevenLabs, which creates the voice model and hosts it so that you can reuse the voice across your videos. We do not keep a copy of the sample on our servers, we do not listen to it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than creating the voice you asked for. ElevenLabs does not use your sample or your voice model to train its models. Neither we nor ElevenLabs sells this data or shares it for advertising.

Photographs and reference media. Media you upload for an avatar or an element is stored with your account so that the same face or product can appear across your videos, and is processed by our avatar provider to generate video. It is used only to produce the videos you request. We do not use it to train our own models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

You may only upload a voice or a likeness that is your own, or one you have express written permission to use. See section 5.1 of our Terms of Service.

Deleting a voice or avatar. You can delete a cloned voice or an avatar at any time from your dashboard. Deleting a cloned voice removes the voice model from ElevenLabs. Deleting an avatar removes the photograph and the avatar from your account. To request deletion by email, contact privacy@aituber.app. If you believe your voice or likeness was uploaded by someone else without your permission, contact legal@aituber.app and we will investigate.

4. YouTube API Services

AITuber uses YouTube API Services to enable you to publish videos directly to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account to AITuber, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

4.1 Data We Access from YouTube

When you connect your YouTube channel, we access and store the following information:

• Your YouTube channel ID and name
• Channel thumbnail/profile picture URL
• Subscriber count (for display purposes only)
• OAuth refresh tokens (to maintain your connection)

4.2 How We Use YouTube Data

We use the YouTube data we collect exclusively to:

• Display your connected YouTube channel(s) in your dashboard
• Upload videos you create to your YouTube channel on your behalf
• Schedule video publications to your YouTube channel
• Show the status of your YouTube video uploads

We do not use your YouTube data for any purpose other than providing the publishing features you explicitly request. We do not sell, share, or transfer your YouTube data to third parties except as necessary to provide our service.

4.3 Revoking YouTube Access

You can disconnect your YouTube channel from AITuber at any time by:

• Using the "Disconnect" button in your AITuber dashboard under Publish → Channels
• Revoking access directly through your Google Account security settings

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud storage with reputable providers
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We never share what you create. Your scripts, your videos, your voice samples, your cloned voices and the photos you upload are never shared with advertising or analytics partners. See sections 3.1 and 3.2.

We may share other information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics)
• Advertising and Analytics Partners: Listed in section 9, along with how to turn this off
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Generated videos are stored for 30 days by default, after which they may be deleted unless you save them. Account data is retained until you request deletion. We do not retain voice samples at all. Cloned voice models and avatar media are retained until you delete them. See section 3.1.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications
• Object: Object to certain processing activities

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to understand how the product is used, and to measure how well our ads work.

For advertising and analytics we work with Meta, PostHog and Affonso. They receive basic technical details such as your IP address and the pages you visit, and, when you sign up or pay, Meta receives your email address in hashed form. Hashing turns it into a string of characters, so the address itself is not sent. Meta never receives your name, your card details, or anything you create. Advertising cookies last up to 90 days.

Some of this is sent from our servers rather than from your browser, so browser settings alone do not stop it. You can ask us to stop sharing your data for advertising at any time by writing to privacy@aituber.app.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Children's Privacy

AITuber is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of AITuber after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
